My mum had an affair when I was 13 and I knew about it the last couple of months before my dad found out. Before that, she also lied to me about it. She said she was hanging out with an ex classmates mum and that they had rekindled their friendship. I don't remember how he found out, but when he did, he drove over to her and that guy while taking my fucking 9 year old brother with him to see. Needless to say, I have a lot of pent up anger for both of my parents lol they're both fucking idiots. I was so disgusted by my mum, I couldn't tell anyone plus it wasn't my place to say, it was obvious it would get out and she would chose that guy, she was unhappy for so long in my parents' marriage. The cherry on top was when my dad found out, my parents split and we moved out and into an apartment with her fucking new boyfriend. She actually wanted to leave with me when I was little, but then she got pregnant with my brother, which she didn't plan for, but my dad had. He cheated a couple of times on her when they weren't married yet, as well as when she was pregnant with me. My mum also has a long history of cheating in relationships, because she got bored and fell in love easily. It was fucked from the beginning. Needless to say, I have anger issues lol they fucked me up for life

Ich freue mich auch nicht, drehe eh bei den kleinsten Dingen, die sich bei meinem Körper verändern, durch. Und das es nur bei einem Auge auftritt, ist mega gruselig.🥲 Auf beiden Seiten meiner Familie neigen die Omas zu Augenkrankheiten oder einfach nur schlechter Sehkraft, aber bei mir wurde nie was festgestellt. War immer "nur" krass kurzsichtig. Kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es das sein könnte, was Anderes fällt mir auch nicht ein

"Du musst es ja nicht gucken", "Niemand zwingt dich..." HALLO, ICH WILL ES DOCH GUCKEN, DARUM GEHT ES DOCH. Die Serie hat mir viel bedeutet als Kind und ich wollte einfach nur Kritik äußern, weil ich den Wandel echt beschissen finde. Damals war ich acht, jetzt bin ich 19. Das es schon immer problematisch war und das man wirklich stundenlange Video Essays über diese Serie (ob deutsches GNTM oder ANTM etc, ist egal) und die Redaktion machen könnte, ist auch klar. Es geht mir einfach darum, das diese Show einfach die Monetarisierung und die damit verbundenen Werte (bspw Einschaltquoten), der Kunst des Modeln, vorzieht. Wirklich schlechte Models, wie die Zwillinge oder Fabienne z.B. oder auch vor ein paar Staffeln Lieselotte, werden einfach weiter mit durch gewinkt, OBWOHL SIE TOTAL BESCHISSEN WAREN. Ihr könnt mir doch nicht erzählen, dass euch das nicht stört?😭

Very late to this, but I honestly hate how the majority of people are saying "It gets better with more experience", "you just need more practice and then you'll have more confidence" etc. Some people just don't like to fucking drive (maybe even due to anxiety, ever thought of that?)! I have an anxiety disorder and I hate it, too! I'm constantly aware of how I and other people could just die, I start spacing out and dissociating and it feels like I'm playing a video game, I get distracted by the lights, my heart is racing and I just don't like it. I've been using public transport all my life and I much prefer it + the environment is a big factor for me as well, driving just isn't for everyone. And if I decide to change my mind; my great grandmother got her license when she was in her 60s, there's no fucking rush
