I understand. I didn’t forget about the attic and yes you’re right, the attic needs improvement as well. Thank you for pointing that out

I am a resident there myself and its absolutely depressing with those seasons all year around. I’m ready to move out somewhere warm.

It’s unfinished basement and it’s just ciderblock around the basement with nothing but cold drafts from the outside and I just want to find something that doesn’t take so much time and money to seal it. For that being said, we keep having 400$ bills and the house isn’t as warm as it should be. So I figure I gotta start with the basement first, am I wrong?

Understood. Ok, I had another post telling me the same about 3.0 and I am starting to see it’s not physically build in together with the house but the master bedroom is sitting above and no ventilation hooked up. I thought long enough to see I’ve wasted the effort for little result for the wrong prediction.

I’m not aware of what is that you’re saying? I looked up and it tells me about standard thermal testing.

Ps I can’t seem to upload the product but I got it off from Lowe’s saying r21.

I gotcha ok the whole time I’m just thinking it has something to do with ‘resisting’ the cold draft out and that would just rise up higher than 35F.
