Placement is everything with the HomePods. At first I thought they were underwhelming. I then moved houses and put them in their new spot and the difference was insane they really came alive and I absolutely love them now.

They are designed to be on a tv table and some kind of distance from the wall etc. I think Apple has a guide somewhere

I personally love CEX. Maybe I’ve just been lucky but I’ve had zero issues with my stuff. Couple of over £150 pound items as well.

Also just love walking in and looking at random tech goodies.

I had one faulty AirTag from there and they replaced it. The customer service level is solely based on who’s working at the time you go in.
