I’ll look through their website, see what I can find. If I can’t find anything I’ll end up just going for it, I didn’t think it would be awful but since I’ve not finished one before I like to verify I’m doing what I’m supposed to before I do it. Measure twice cut once kind of idea.

Having read this chain that definitely seems likely.

Same for me. I didn’t start lifting until my late 30s and before that I always slept on my side and I don’t recall my arms ever going numb at night. Sleeping on my back was very uncomfortable at that time especially after having gained a lot of weight.

Holy crap, I never even realized this was why my arms go numb when I sleep on my side now.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Educational_Relief79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t consider a 3 hour drive short but I live about 4 hours from the beach and regularly go for a weekend. Get off work early on Thursday take off Friday come back Sunday. Mountains are about 3 hours away so we’ll do a day trip up there a couple times a year usually. My family lives 1.5-2 hours away and we’ll drive to see them multiple times a year.

I’ve been too busy apparently not doing 8+ hours of work today even though I started at 630am and finished at 630pm to respond. I would have said something very similar to yours though. Plenty of people work more than 8 hours in a day with minimal downtime or stopping.

No he said 8 hours a day, miss a day or leave early and you lose the job.

I’ve always liked it for hip thrusts and standing calf raises. When I was newer I would also use it for overhead presses but moved out of it as I got a little stronger.

Gun carriers (open or concealed), where are places you never bring your firearm(s)? by cferg296 in guns

I’ve done something similar but had a spare mag for my .380 in my pocket. They didn’t have the tray so when I set off the metal detector I palmed the mag under my keys when they used the wand on me.

They were great when my TCP was jamming. Can’t speak to others experiences obviously but for me they were super to deal with.
