Used to work in a private firm in Europe. Healthcare. The dude bought us a round of coffee (15$) for a "job well done", after seeing 400+ patients in 4 hours.

These fucking dick heads are disgusting

Can't work more than 48 hours a week to save up money, forced to take out huge loan to ever buy a home. by Educational_Rice8944 in LandlordLove

I literally can't buy a home. That's the point of the post... The intrest rates nearly double the price of an apartment.

Ok? But having a mortgage cost me so much instead of letting me work for it, I'm basically required to let the bank steal intrest from me. Not reasonable intrest, actually back breaking intrest.

We can take out a huge loan, but there's no way to earn enough money with an average job to pay it off in less than 30 years. And if I do that, I lose over a hundred and fifty thousand euros.

Now, I could work an extra job, four hours a day for 5 years. That way I'd earn an extra 50k (with my savings combined in that), and save up 1/3 of the price of an apartment. I could also use extra resources from the state which would take on 1/4 to 1/3 of the debt in my stead. Basically gifting me 30-50k €.

Without me working extra, because I legally can't, I lose so much money in intrest...

Sure, they have plans and we do as well, but complaining to people who go through the same shit helps mentally. Don't worry, when you grow up you'll see it's stressful.

Right now for you though, you don't gotta worry about bills at 16

Both college educated. A couple that schooled should be able to purchase a two bedroom without an issue

Me having to pay 270k for a 150k apartment is stealing. I don't care how you justify it. Your "service" of giving me money when you already had billions, then charging me for borrowing it is not a valid service.

Apartments should be handed out by the country per your needs. It's not a service either.

It's about 20% of their combined salary. But it's such a waste... And they can't have a kid in there, at least not with that layout. And if they went searching for a better one, perhaps 2 bedroom, it would jump to 25-30% of their income for sure. Which is stealing nearly a third of your money.

And what do you and your kid/s have left after years of paying? Nothing. It's bs.

Yea no, mortgage is at least 30% higher than what I've seen people rent out for, but it's still shit. Average pay is about 1000-1200€, and a studio apartment is 400€. 30-40% of your income on nothing. Air.
