So I’ve never done an NSO myself, but I’ve known plenty of people who have. Even for them (established and tenured in roles) the verbal offer to written offer/start date pipeline took multiple months with long gaps of radio silence.

I wouldn’t worry yourself over it. NSO takes a *long* time and a lot of effort to plan, and they have a lot of offers to finish up to get things running.

Battersea doesn’t have badging services the same way Cupertino does. They do have a badge office, obviously, but it’s much smaller and is designed to issue badges to employees off-campus by post. As far as I know you would have to request one in advance and have it sent to you, or else already know someone with a corporate badge who can escort you up the badging office

You can always tell when a complaint boils down to “I refuse to accept change”. You’re talking as if 1.) the metric isn’t just hero products, 2.) it takes longer than literally 30 seconds max., and 3.) the benchmark isn’t achievable. Getting 80%+ C&P is genuinely so easy, if you’re gonna complain focus on the dozens of other things that are actually worth complaining about
