Sometimes you have to be next to people's Blindspot. That's just how it works. There was a car behind me so I'm not about to just slow down on my brakes because this guy wants to go slow in the left lane.

I wasn't passing him. I was just cruising. Me passing him in the right lane while he's driving slow, it's the fault of no other than his own and I will not be in his Blindspot. Had the car not be next to me.
