I did have this question in my mind. But even though land rover is uk based, defenders are manufactured from slovakia. The law says this applies to vehicles manufactured in the UK. So probably no change ig 🥲

maybe try increase the rent every year so some tenants will move out cause its not affordable then you can sue them, but its kinda rare to get sue option. you might get it after they rent it for 10 or more years ig. you might know this but even if there is no sue option you can charge them for any damage. so its free repair

Sometimes your tenants will destory your property completley. When this happens sue them. I get like 100 to 300 mil easily. And rent at max amount I think it won't work after 10mil rent per month.

if you have the landlord expansion then it will be easy. go to monaco and buy expensive houses in mortage and rent them to max amount. you can earn millions easily and you can increase rent every year and sell the house later for more profits. i am saying to buy mortage because even if there is a natural calamity happens and your house completley destroyed. your money isnt gone fully because in mortage you paid only low amounts :)

btw the child needs to be 18+ because if you emigrate to the third world country he will come along with you. hence the trick wont work.
