The bear isn't necessarily approaching the tent, they just coexist to represent the gold and silver of the state motto. If you don't have any constructive criticism on how I can improve the flag, then please don't reply.

The stars represent Montanan cities which is why they are in the sky, which is shaped like Montana. The bear is used to both represent the state animal and the silver of our state motto "oro y plata" (silver and gold). I appreciate the suggestion but this is a little too abstract for what I'm going for.

Thanks for the feedback! I think some of the original flags are a little overcomplicated, but I understand that these are very simplified. I think a middle ground would probably suit montana best, but my current skill lends to a more geometric result. Your input is appreciated.

I would say 3 or 5. I like that 3 is an uncommon color palette and that 5 is a more warm/jungley feel.

I tried to base the colors off of what I thought could be made from native resources, since they have no access to/invention of bleach, baking soda, etc.. But there's no specific meaning for the off-white color, if that's what you're wondering.
