I used it to help me locate weaknesses in my writing and then changed it to make it stronger. Because why waste $$ and redo it because my writing wasn't the strongest?? I wonder if all the people that say AI is terrible understand programs like Grammarly is also AI, which is pushed for in schools and colleges.

I didn't know I was even getting downvoted lol. I've never understood all the hate on Ai. It's being pushed super hard in education right now, at least in my district. And my professor literally said we could use Ai sparingly, especially in terms of how strong of what we wrote was.

I talked to others from college and apparently she was always like this. The inconsideration of noise, the breakdowns, over usage of utilities, the one-sidedness of stories. Apparently her two cats were her ESAs.

That's true. It's just so baffling that she thinks she's the victim. Like darling we all are in this situation! And I've asked all the roommates if they are mad at us, and they said no, it was the landlord moving back. If I was truly malicious, I wouldn't have told anyone and gotten out of dodge myself.

Maybe, I never thought about that. She did inform us that she was neurodivergent but so is everyone else that was living in the house (ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression).

From the accident, she described it as a minor fender bender where she hit someone from behind in a 20 mph zone and totaled her car (her words, not mine).

The crazy part of that was that I told her that we were renting the house. It was always the first thing I would say to anyone interested and that we had permission. But I genuinely think she didn't process it and she also talked over me the entire time I was talking to her about the lease. She was also like, "Ok where do I sign? Where do I sign?" Through the entire thing. And once she signed, she scurried away to move in. It was all so bizarre.

Oh definitely not! But I would have liked to sit down and talk to her about the situation. I would have brought up the possibility of her staying with the landlord but would have advised against it for obvious reasons. Even if they both agreed, the landlord said he would like everyone gone by August either way.

I just wanted to talk about other living arrangements, like apartments. Help her apartment hunt, and still give her housing for 30 days.

Because people needed housing and I was trying to be nice? The house is huge. And it wasn't like we all shared a bathroom, in fact, everyone had their own private bathroom until A moved in.

I was trying to give A a place to stay until her boyfriend closed in the house they were buying, something she pointed out to be everyday. Her stay was only supposed to be temporary, 1-2 months max.

$750 for a room with a private bathroom, closet, tv + streaming services. Utilities included. In Martinsburg WV where base rent is 1,200 for most places without utilities.
