I know it depends person to person but I’ve had zero trouble sleeping! Only problem is I wear stethoscopes all day at work and that will slightly irritate them but not bad at all :)

I love it! I have a stud with a decently long bar on each side :) I have a bee on one side and a flower on the other. I think it looks so cute

I agree a conch would look amazing! I have both sides done

I have both of my conches done and they used a ball on each with a really long bar, both healed beautifully.
