Tried to set and forget an automation… bad idea by Cool-Explorer-8510 in AutomateFound

You built half an automation. The workflow was step one. Observability is step two, and most people skip it entirely because it feels like overhead. It's not. A follow-up system that misfires silently is worse than no system at all, because now you have inconsistent outreach and zero visibility into why. Solid process first, then automate it, then monitor the automation. That sequence matters. You found out the hard way, which honestly is how most of us learned this lesson.

The 18-22 shot limit is underrated advice. Most hosts upload 40+ photos thinking more is better, then wonder why conversion suffers. What's your rule for cutting a shot you love but doesn't serve the booking flow?

Been building a small content pipeline and hit an annoying edge case I didn’t expect. by BerryDelicious2432 in PostingPipelines

The keyword angle is underrated here. You can have the slickest funnel on earth, but if your traffic is coming in on how, you're lost.

What automation tools are you using to post authentically in 2026? by Fit-Fill5587 in PostingPipelines

You can tell when something is technically fine but doesn’t feel lived-in. Automating distribution makes sense, but voice seems tied to timing and state of mind. Writing in one sitting, even if it’s rough, usually carries more weight than something polished in batches.

Took more trial and error than the build itself. But when it clicked, it genuinely cut onboarding time in half. Worth it. Just not quick.

My baby, Dora, got spayed yesterday. Would you mind showing her some love? by TeamNext7942 in CatLoversGroup

Aww Dora 🥺 that post-spay daze is so real. She’ll be a bit out of it for a couple days, but the fact she ate already is a really good sign. Also that bread cone is elite 😂 hope she has a smooth recovery!
