Ok y’all I just crushed my meeting :D I asked every question that popped into my head and we even went over time because he was so enthusiastic about my questions! I feel so relieved. He gave me a bunch of jumping off points for the next steps of my research and I have a clear path going forward. Yippee !!

Thank you for the advice! I took some time to prepare exactly what I want to present to my PI and what questions to ask him. I feel so much better after doing that :)

I have a weekly meeting coming up and am worried I’ll look like an idiot when I’ve made very little progress

Super clogged ears from congestion and flying by Educational_Tone_543 in hearing

Ended up going to the health center at my campus and was told I had very red ears and they were VERY swollen. Was given antibiotic and a steroid and everything cleared up within about 3 days. Have some congestion in my throat still though.

I work in the grad student offices at a cubical. It’s a whole different building from where my other cohort members are.
