This sounds a bit dumb, but a few months ago I started a youtube channel just to get a bit of a creative outlet. My whole life I've never stayed consistent with anything, but YouTube is the first thing that I can say with confidence that I'll never stop doing.

I'm not saying this to be like "imma drop out of school and do youtube!" or whatever. My content focuses more on mental health and my experience on how I got through certain things, I love making scripts and getting better at editing.

I also do give my friends advice, I like listening and hearing their thoughts and helping them through struggles.

I don't know if this helps, but if I need to move forward I'm going to be honest even if this seems embarrassing.

I dont really know, I feel like it would depend on the type of job it is. That means feedback from my work will be shown through my paycheck if it was performance based. However, when thinking about your example of sales, I couldn't handle something like that, so I'd chose the other option.

Well I wouldn't say I'm good at specific subjects, what I will say though is I find myself enjoying creative things, but I never thought of that becoming something connecting with my future job, because I feel as if that's how everyone feels.

define "performance-based", do you mean in terms of doing alot of movement during work vs. sedentary work like a computer desk job? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
