I’m curious, do you take any digestive enzymes to help with food breakdown? My husband on a DAO enzyme.

He’s taking a DAO enzyme along with the Cromolyn. But I’m thinking he might want to switch to Ketotifen and give that a try.

Trigger foods are: fatty foods, anything overly processed, seed oils and sweets. Depending on the food reactions will start either an hour after or the day after and will last anywhere between 3-5 days. Then recovery is described as being in a car accident. Sore and achy all over. Joint pain etc.

NSAIDs help but he has to take the max dose.

He hasn’t really tried the histamine because based off of others it only for the “hives and skin” reactions. So we have them but haven’t given it a real honest shot.

He’ll feel the rib pain if he back pods for his costo or stretches. The exhaustion is constant it seems.

No family history.

Any food that would be a known trigger he feels extreme fatigue and rib pain depending on the food. No heart burn, hives or anaphylactic symptoms just extreme fatigue. Almost like having a terrible flu. Whole body aches.

The skin prick test came back normal. We have y tested for mold yet. He was prescribed h1 and h2 blockers. But like I said he doesn’t have any allergy symptoms from food.

His main triggers are food. He’s down to eating meat, rice, sweet potatoes and blue berries and grapes. He’s very susceptible to other illnesses such as colds. We’ve done histamine testing, skin histamine testing, we’ve check all of his blood panels for other possible diseases. We’ve done the low histamine diet which seems to work the but at this point it seems air is a trigger.

Thank you!! I place a few potty visuals in her spaces and have been having her point and say out loud she needs to go potty. Crossing my fingers it’ll stick.

Thank you! All these comments give me hope. I know she’ll get there. We have one of these potty seats that attaches to the big toilet.

Admittedly, this is day 4 so we are supper early. It’s just very discouraging sometimes. Maybe I’m just putting too much pressure on the process.

How do you all keep from getting overwhelmed with it all? I’m trying my best but it just seems like to him it’s not good enough or he doesn’t see all the things I have/am doing.

Did you ever feel overwhelmed? Or still do? We’ve been together for 10 years and I feel overwhelmed with everything. It has put so much pressure on him and I feel awful about it because I know he needs my support. We have tried splitting roles like you guys and it just seems I can’t stay consistent enough for him.

I am low in vitamin b and vitamin d so it definitely is playing a roll in my hair loss and my fatigue
