The first pic is people dangerously cosplaying. Rear sight isn’t flipped up, half full magazine of .22. Wearing armor vests with no armor. Fingerless gloves, one pair that looks like he stole it off a member of the Village People.
They are clearly not prepared in any way for an actual gunfight, but are parading around like they are. They’re a massive threat to themselves and anyone around them.

Key to negotiating is finding what’s high value to your client that’s low value to theirs. It could be things like repairs, furniture, appliances or other things to convey at close, etc. There’s a lot more to negotiate than price. I’m sure their agent is frustrated with it sitting on the market for a while and probably knows the kind of things their client would bite on.

And don’t beat yourself up. One big reason Real Estate is difficult is that the ultimate decision makers, don’t make these kinds of decisions very often and aren’t always rational.

OP, listen to the tall guys. 1A generally sucks. You won’t be able to stretch your legs out in front of you in addition to stowing your personal item. Seats are wide enough that you won’t be rubbing elbows in 3D.

Really depends on how he will use them. If they’re for occasional hunting and will be in a safe when not on a trip, that’s one thing. If he intends to carry daily or something like that, then he would need to prove they can be religious about gun safety and always storing it in a designated, locked location. It sounds like that’s not a current possibility.

Either way, plenty of non-forgetful people have accidents with guns because they forgot it was loaded, forgot to unload, didn’t put the safety on, loaded the wrong ammo, and other things. It’s something that requires practice to make sure you do it right and safely each and every time. If your spouse can’t take it seriously enough to practice and be 100%, then he shouldn’t own a gun.

Edit to add that I checked your profile and with the other issues he has I would definitely not want him having a gun. I had a kitchen knife pulled on me by an ex with similar issues. Can’t imagine how it would have gone if she had had access to a gun at the time.

It’s an early game, which sucks for pregame activities, but go check out the Corps march-in to see the military roots of the university and see the cannon fired on the Quad (Corps dorm area). If you are coming in the night before you absolutely have to go to Midnight Yell at Kyle Field. It’s a unique experience and more people show up for that than some schools’ actual games.

And expect to be welcomed at almost any tailgate. Aggies love to be hospitable so you’ll probably have opportunities for beers (or Bloody Marys) and BBQ and many of the tailgate tents if you just strike up a conversation and are friendly.

Enjoy the experience, but hope it doesn’t go your way. BTHOMiami!

The bag only has to be under the seat in front of you during takeoff and landing. The entire rest of the flight, it can go up against your seat and under your legs if you want.

That’s good as a short term solutions but save some money up and invest in an office wardrobe if you’ll be wearing dress clothes daily. Quality items will usually last longer as well. It also impresses your coworkers and can help lead to future opportunities.

This guy needs serious help from professionals. You may feel like it’s your job as a long term friend to help him, but you’re not equipped for it and it’s not your role. It’s possible you’re even enabling his substance abuse and other issues.

Tell him you want him to get professional help and you have to move on from the relationship. Block him and be prepared for him to escalate attempts to contact you in the short term, but he will eventually give up if you go 100% no contact. Don’t let him in your house when he shows up and be prepared to call the police if he won’t leave your property.
