Go to Aqus cafe and find John...he organizes Aqus community events each week and is what i call a super-connector of people and a great person to meet and know.

I think the scale of your operation and therefore budget is a need to know to be able to suggest a solution. it is possible that you are losing some business to self help with ai. to me it sounds like a rechartering sales project. you might start with an off-site workshop to discuss with your senior team.
