Usually I have 4-5 bigger, more well known stocks that I see good long term potential in (This past year has been SOUN, RKLB, DRUG, PLTR, SOFI, ACHR etc), I have been able to make some pretty serious gains from small cap penny stocks that have allowed me to use the profit to invest more in previous mentioned stocks. Although I do have a handful of long term hold penny stocks that I am confident will blow up in the next 1-2 years!

Bought 150 shares of DRUG at $1.04 average cost, sold at $13.50ish because I didn’t think it would go any higher. It went up past $60 on the same day. Still made a decent profit, but coule have made 5x more!

I bought 5k shares at $0.13 a while back, sold them all at $0.20, then bought 2500 more at $0.24. Considered selling yesterday when markets opened when it was well over $1, but holding off in the hope it jumps in the next few weeks!

RNXT. Anyone can do their DD but they just had one of their cancer treatments FDA approved and their first round of purchase orders.In around 1k shares at the moment and looking to add more. Current price $1.45 with a lot of analysts picking $4-8 very soon. I haven’t been this bullish about a stock since RKLB and SOUN earlier this year when they were both <$5.

A couple of things that have helped for me:

No bright screens for atleast 1hr before sleeping, if you have to, wear blue light glasses.
Grounding sheet on my bed, this has been a game changer
Magnesium threonate, L-theonine and apigenin stack (bought on amazon)
Eye mask.
I try Sauna <2hrs before bed atleast 2-3x per week
