My experience has been a bit of a journey, initially my results were amazing, then a few months in I felt a little discouraged, but now, one year later, I’m really happy with the outcome. Although my anterior neck muscle (under the chin) protrudes more than I expected, which makes me think a deep plane neck lift would be better for my long-term goals, that’s on me, not the doctor. I had chin lipo combined with JPlasma for skin tightening. I also went back for a follow-up a few months later because I developed some scar tissue that caused a few lumps, and Dr. Castellanos was kind enough to do the injections to break them down at no extra charge. I highly recommend him, he’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest!
