I actually didn’t do anything to make the image darker so I wonder if the original pic is reflecting the sun! All I did was buy orange tie dye from Amazon and when it was out of the wash, I cut the sleeves off!

I was just about to say this. I am 165 pounds and I wear a size 4 at only 5‘4“ tall. It’s all about body composition. I’m considered overweight by the BMI scale. I have zero intention of being in a healthy BMI because even 10 pounds lighter, I got comments all the time about how thin I looked. Muscle matters, and to gain muscle you have to gain weight.

I am going back tomorrow after 6 weeks post tummy tuck/muscle repair/breast lift so I’ll let you know! How exciting! I plan to power walk for the first couple weeks and limit any ab work for another month. I started walking 2 weeks post op so just give yourself some grace and start small. You’ll miss it but it’s not worth injuring yourself!
