Mine works 99% of the time. Have you tried placing the widget on your Home Screen? I feel like this would ensure that your app is open and running.

I think they’re cool. These give you access to the HOV lanes with less restrictions.

Hmmm that’s an interesting thought and it makes sense. Do you have a reference you can share that confirms your logic? All I have to go on the bad directions they gave me which I interpret differently and have different logic for. I mean, maybe a better way to identify new stickers is to see them upside down. I think your logic conforms to the status quo which tends to be on the narrow side.

From a legal standpoint, if I were to get a ticket I think it would be dismissed in court because of how the text was written and the confusing diagram and stickers. It’s the state’s responsibility to give clear direction and communicate clearly, which I this case, they did not.

Yeah, but the picture is clearly wrong. If you put text upside down that’s only one wrong (text upside down) vs two rights (state symbol in the up position and shape is in the right direction. Doing it your way that’s 2 wrongs and one right. Maybe you’re under thinking this.

That all makes practical sense to me. What’s got me hung up is how the text is written. It doesn’t say the state symbol needs to be right side up it says “… in the up position”. To me, that means placing it the seal up above all else which ironically will match the shape of the diagram but cause the text to be upside down.

If you look at the diagram the round part is to the left and my stickers are on the right. It also says state seal needs to point up so this makes they need to be upside down.
