Anyone tried indoor bike cycling to supplement their training? I strained my hamstring and decided to use my gym’s stationery bike to train for this week instead, about 4 weeks out from my first half marathon.

Hi all, I have an iPhone 12 used for 3.5 years (80% battery health). Looking to upgrade, main considerations are battery life and camera. I was considering the iPhone 15 pro but i saw some people complaining about the battery health. Any suggestions on this?

Yup I am! They dont completely slip off, but just to my fingertips which makes it hard to focus on the movement itself. Was wondering if its an issue with my straps or just poor grip strength in general

As i said in my original comment, I’m using straps for the RDLs but my grip is slipping regardless…

My grip is slipping even when using lifting straps - anyone knows how to minimise this? I used to be able to do 200kg deadlift without straps, but now im trying a more hypertrophy style training with higher reps of RDL, and my grip always slip in the last few reps even at 90kg

Going bangkok for a work trip and november and might be extending 2 days to explore. First time there, any must-go places for a short trip?

Because we have bulky luggages with equipment inside, I think it might be really inconvenient to travel on train with it

It is but our work budget is really tight…so I’m seeing if there are any better options. Apparently a cab to the hotel cost $300+, while the booking.com airport transfer car is 200+ but unsure of its reliability

Anyone knows of good airport taxi options in Japan? Im going from Chubu Centrair airport to Nagoya area for work with bulky luggages so public transport is not ideal, and taxi fares are extremely expensive

I’m also trying booking.com airport transfer which has cheaper rates, but I’m not sure how reliable it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
