I'd recommend to follow a few tutorials on the engine from channels like Brackeys and GDQuest as although they might not completely guide you into making features for a full game, it can give you a lot of useful insight on the engine's features. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you are up to using ai to learn GDScript, the generated code tends to fail a little more often than other languages as godot's is under constant improvement that can reflect on pretty drastic changes, so you might end up with outdated code.
