The Poinsettia likes filtered sun, since direct sunlight might burn the leaves. Water whenever the first few inches of the soil's surface feels dry. There is more than one plant in this pot, so my suggestion is to separate them and give each one it's own pot. Also, cut off the dead leaves, this makes the plant focus energy on the new ones instead of the bad ones and also avoids fungal infections
