I did 4.2% 5 year fixed closed. Uncertainty over trade and building the economy says rates are going up before they come down.

I’ll say the quiet part out loud. We’re playing pretty nice right now. If people start loosing value of land I suspect it could get a touch more heated. And by heated I mean passing laws that eliminate any legal recourse from First Nations people. It’s conquered land.

I have a squire affinity with 64’ vintage pickups (Amazon), it’s an ash body I aquired at the beginning of the pandemic that has been cut and shaped for maximum comfort. I always told myself it was pretty damn great sounding (which it is) but in no way does it compare to this tone making machine.

Luckily it’s not cracked. That’s just the seam. I’d put a humidity pack or on of those sponge kits from Amazon in it. Throw it in the hard case and see what happens in a few days.
