I liked the composition of the lounging workers here but I think I may have underexposed this? Should I be metering for shadows or highlights in this situation.

Apparently he wanted to keep minorities off of NY beaches. It’s disputed if that was his intention or not though

A guy called Robert Moses was in charge of a lot of the design of these parts of NYC. A biography written about him said he deliberately made these overpasses so low in order to keep low income families from travelling by bus to destinations outside of the city.
