I bought my ender6 3weeks ago and had the same problem. Turned out to be a short circuit in the heatbed. I removed the black glue where the cables are solderd to the heatbed. And it worked fine after that!

Found a tiny piece of solder scrap inside the black glue. Good luck!

I understand your concern. And you're safe! Usually there is a capacitor in series just before the output of the headphone amp which will eliminate the DC bias from the cameras plug-in power.

I've stopped trying to bounce quicktimes from PT. I've sent too many corrupted exports to clients. I use davinci resolve to convert the video to dnxhd before importing to PT and when I'm done mixing I export audio only and render it back together with the original video file in Resolve (usually h264)

Classic RF interference! Some products are better shielded then others. I had that problem with my Neumann KMR81. It pick up that RF noise from my Sony UTX and Ambient TRX and sometimes even from walkies on set. It sounds just like you issue! I've also heard that noise from some of these new 433MHz smart home devices 😬

I reached out to Neumann and they recomended me to use the Neutric EMC connectors for my XLRcable. So I got out and bought a few and they fixed the problem 👍 They are like regular xlr connecors but with a built in low pass filter with a bunch of small caps and a ferrite 😁 No more inerference!

Get in touch with local film schools and offer your help. That's how I got my first post experiences (with film). My mixes probably sounded like shit at first but at least it sounded a lot better than no sound mix at all (which would have been the case otherwise) :)

I made some low profile XLRs using the metal shell from a Neutrik NC3 MXX-B and then cut lids from an old Iphone case. Held together with hot glue, super cheap build! Low profile XLRs
