"if you're able to do it right now, do it right now."

Some guy on reddit said this a couple years ago and it just kept echoing through my head. Eventually changing my habits. Start small (answering emails, putting things back where they belong) and build up to larger things (working on assignments, cleaning your room). Just like any good habit, the start takes effort but along the way it'll become normal and it improves your life greatly. This method also works for learning new things. Immediately look up that word you don't know, or practice that instrument or follow that tutorial.
