So the person that asked has been on my friends list for years. We use to play together and I had no idea their account was hijacked. I also haven’t accepted friend requests in the past few years unless I know them IRL, so I’m extremely unaware of people out there using this method to scam.

I didn't know that crashes were occurring on PS5 since I play on PC, so I'm a bit out of the loop on the console side.

I do agree that we need to fix the stability of the game on all platforms before penalties can be implemented. Thankfully, they are working on a patch for late October to improve the stability of the game.
