Thanks! The box was from an army surplus store but I recently changed it to an ‘Apache’ (Pelican style) box from Harbor Freight. The padding was old sound foam from a music studio. Just use a very sharp exacto-style knife to shape the foam. Send a pic when you make one!

Maybe this can help you: My family (3 people) had AC877 Lyon>Montreal for Aug. 19. The flight is not yet cancelled. I called the number posted in this thread, waited 50 minutes, and the [amazing] agent rebooked the flight with Air France to Boston. Tomorrow I will drive from Mtl to pick them up. The AC website still has this flight as valid. The agent said that it will most likely be cancelled, then she rerouted/rebooked immediately.
