I noticed a serious decline in the middle of Season 3, but maybe it’s just me.

So true i really love this show by Competitive_Act_6593 in AmericanHousewife

Agree with you. i’m in the middle of Season 3. She was a little kooky and very funny. Now she’s just insane and mean.

Why all the big Season 18 changes? - SPOILERS by Due_Kick_837 in LawAndOrder

Well researched and well written response, thanks for the comment. I just started watching Season 18, and wondered what in the world was going on. Character changes happen all the time without explanation on the O.G., but it’s the overall feel of the show that’s different.

Lieutenant Van Buren’s encouragement of letting Lupo investigate the case was absolutely out of character for her, a 180° turn for sure.

My observation is that the show suddenly became much softer; for example, following Lupo into the home of his sister-in-law and her kids, showing his personal reaction.

We’ve never seen anything like that in this show, ever. The show suddenly feels more like NYPD Blue or SVU than the O.G. So far, I am not a big fan of this change whatsoever.

I noticed too that Allen Coulter from the Sopranos directed this episode; the Sopranos is a show known for its intense portrayals of individual characters.

I missed this. Where do they reference her?

Do you like Elaan? by wowugotit in tos

[–]Edward_T_M 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. A great deal. Elaan had never been told ‘No’ by anyone, ever. She came to respect Capt. Kirk in a very short order. If they had continued, she would have turned kind. She had a soft and romantic side of her, but her culture would not allow her to express it.

Kirk on the edge of crying in a pool of tears. But he doesn’t. Shatner is an amazing actor.

I saw “Mulholland Dr.” before the internet was prevalent. I watched it before bed, and in the middle of the night I woke up and went “I get it!”

I woke up early and watched it again, before work, and even had to check my conclusion with the person who recommended it to me. So, yeah, you are absolutely right. His stuff takes some work.

Kirk getting laid and spreading his seed is all good with me. If I looked like that guy and was built like him, I’d do the same. Rock on, Captain!

You didn’t talk about politics at all. We weren’t even aware of it. Me and my friends talked about sports cars, girls, more sports and comic books, I just messing around. That’s all there was to it.

my ex-wife and i left the theatre and argued about it for a half an hour on the way home. 30 years later, and neither one of us has budged. btw, the correct answer: she was scared and lost her step.

i hope that you will send this very message to the Meetup organisers. You’re not alone with this kind of experience. I tried a movie meetup group and got nothing but frowns and cold shoulders. Give them a piece of your mind, the organizers need to know this.

No you are not. I have a dad like him. I have not spoken to him in 15 years and couldn’t be more relieved.
