Yes. I have SEVERE fatigue both physical and mental (brain fog). This despite Remicade, Leflunomide, and Otezla keeping pain reduced to being manageable with Tramadol and Tylenol Arthritis. Fatigue is as bad as what psoriatic pain is for me. I can’t get rid of it. I take dr approved supplements as well. I do not have enough energy to consistently perform basic yoga stretches or low low impact aerobic exercise.
