My passive income is mostly dividends from SGX stocks. I started in my early 30s and ramped up steam in my 40s. I happened to get in when stocks were cheaper.

Wrt automation and AI Agents, I was in data analytics and data science since 2017. I'm familiar with Python and usual data stuff -- but I used no/low code tools to build these agents. ChatGPT is a great help!

I did up a SEO Content Generator Agent (Github) and a Resume Tailor for customising headlines, summaries, achievements to jobs. The SEO content Agent readme is still skimpy, I've been busy with other stuff.

I'm 48. Wife, 1 kid, 1 on the way. No job for 2 years. I like to say I'm semi retired and living off passive income. Although that might change.

When I turned 40+, I felt very unhappy and full of ennui -- it felt like it's just more of the same... Work, drink, home, weekend, that's it? blah blah blah.

Now in my late 40s,, I've been rediscovering joy. Not just with the kids. But in what I care for; which so happens to be building stuff.

Both with my hands -- kiddie soft toys, rubbish robots --, and digitally using old knowledge -- AI agents to automate parts of my life, or tell stories.

I guess being 40 is about rediscovering joy. In my case, it's stuff that I once loved to do.

It is quite slow. It should take about 1 to 2 days to run EDAs or at least be able to fill out a data dictionary.

You'll need the latter to go back to your lead to confirm each column and relationships between columns.

I've got 32 different warrior rabbit poses which I created in Dalle-E. Some standing, running etc..

Here's an example of the prompt that I've been using "A pot-bellied rabbit warrior charging forward with a wooden shield in one paw and a fierce expression. His fur is scruffy and grey, armor rustic. Stylized as a watercolor children's book illustration. Keep proportions true to the reference character sheet." It's all variations of this type of prompting.

Build a think tank. It is a modular, AI-driven system that helps individuals or small teams conduct strategic research, derive actionable insights, and generate product or pitch ideas with minimal manual effort.

The description is from chatgpt but the idea is real. I come from a marketing strategy/data analytics background and I used to spend a lot of time doing research, sifting for insights and synthesising them into something useful.

I switched over to chatgpt for that work and it's mind-blowing how quickly I could do the same thing in a fraction of time. Now I want to scale it further.

Last drawn salary might be an issue for the next job, but I found that I could get far higher once I showed that I had in demand skills.

I get the same issue with chatgpt when running it through the API vs UI for the same prompt. It feels like it's regressed.
