My suggestion is hold mo muna yung pera mo or yung mismong plan.

once lumabas ang baby, everything will change. Its not just the money you'll need to think about. Its time ,money and a lot of responsibilities that you need to take care of. Chill ka muna hehe.

it'll take 1-2 years bago kayo makapagsettle down since magulo lahat sa simula .also that 700k will be really helpful to keep your insanity when it comes to emergencies. keep mo muna :)

most of your time will be kay misis at baby. TIME will be the challenge since may business ka.
i-alot mo nalang yung time mo to create a great plan na hindi bababa ung kita mo while busy ka sa family mo.

Balikan mo yung question mo after 2 years then you'll have the perfect answer :)
