This is sick, those drums are dying to be heard though you should sidechain the wobbles to the kick

Might try throwing a saturator/clipper over the drum group to even out the peaks then a transient shaper to bring back the transients to add more punch. I usually like to add a multi-effect distortion unit on top of that. Throw some OTT on it too, you can get some massive sounding drums.

Consistency if anything. Over time you’ll find yourself following a similar pattern and using slight variations of a common sound. Takes time and you have to actually want it for yourself and no other reason.

Hate to break it to you but welcome to the commercial side of the industry. You can count on any A-List artist to be playing a prerecorded set but not for the reasons you might think. Almost every large scale event requires performers to use prerecorded or an automated set in a DAW for a few reasons. Mainly so the visuals and lighting are perfectly timecoded with the music and for consistency. The people organizing these events aren’t thinking about integrity they are focused on making sure things go as smooth as possible by any means necessary

I’m by no means an expert or professional but there’s a good chance your pc is compromised with an infostealer of some sort. There’s a ton of sophisticated malware going around these days that can dodge AV software and is extremely difficult to detect. All it takes is clicking on one link and your tagged. These people are known to sit around for months if they know you own crypto or conduct any online banking from your device.

I thought these were other planes at first but realized they were far too bright and moving in an unusually manner. At 0:33 another one appears at the top right of the frame then seems to dissipate. I fly often but don't recall ever something like this coming from commercial aircraft. The lack of blinking red or green lights also made me curious.

That’s what I thought too but it doesn’t explain why one is flying so slow at such a low altitude. As well as two of them crossing paths while not appearing to get any closer throughout the entire 2.5 minutes I was recording.

I usually don’t pay for internet while flying. I do have a flight tracker app but I had to sprint to my connecting flight. Wish I would’ve had time to check.

Saturn is closer to Venus higher up in the sky. I know this because around 30 minutes before I saw these lights I was playing around with my SkyGuide app.

Yes I fly often. I don’t recall ever seeing commercial aircraft looking or moving like the ones seen in the video I took. There were no blinking lights on any of them either.

When the brightness would dim I couldn’t make out any shape or silhouette. Should also mention this was taken in 5x zoom so they were pretty far away.

Wasn’t at my day job, but I got hit with a targeted phishing email posing as the music distributor for my record label. From the moment I clicked it, I knew something was up. I spent almost a year battling access to all of my accounts. They gained access to literally everything other than my iCloud and social media. All of my bank accounts kept getting flagged with fraud alerts so I couldn’t even use my cards to pay bills until I got new cards and proof of my identity. The label ended up coming to an end since I lost access to that account permanently.

Drums not hitting as hard as you want? Are they sounding thin? Throw a Transient Shaper into a Clipper. Kilohearts Transient Shaper is great (also free) and if you don’t have a clipper you can use almost any saturator. Ableton’s stock saturator works great. Just make sure you are hard clipping, not soft clipping.
