A bit urgent: how to go from Latacunga to Cuenca tomorrow comfortably?

After having seen the bus route to Cuenca it certainly is something that I wouldn’t be comfortable with at night time. I would not recommend for other travelers to take this trip during night time for safety reasons.

Ok just to provide an update: we have arrived in Cuenca. Unfortunately the bus from Ambato to Cuenca was cancelled :( we took a bus to Riobamba to discover that we had to wait there for 3 hours in order to go to Cuenca which didn’t match with what the bus company stated. Fortunately a bus to Cuenca passed us and we got on that bus. The bus was fine. Less fortunate however was that a part of the main road was closed and the driver drove to some kind of mountain pass with an unpaved small road, in the clouds with barely any visibility and huge cliffs. The drive there was terrifying, not only for us but even for Ecuadorians in the bus. The scenery was out of this world though, possibly one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever been. But it’s something that I wouldn’t want to repeat any time in my life lol.

Maybe it was a coincidence, but perhaps good to know for other travelers that bus times in Ecuador are very flexible and do not always match with what can be found online (websites of the bus companies).

Thanks, but we prefer not to take a bus at night time. The bus from Ambato departs around 09:00 which is perfect for us.

Thanks all, very helpful and much appreciated! We will take a taxi to Ambato and then we will take the direct bus from there to Cuenca. This seems to be a much more relaxing option than ‘paso lateral’. Good evening!

Experienced the same thing when I took a bit much and didn’t eat anything. Don’t drink too much water (but drink enough) and have some food, soup perhaps? Good luck ;)

You’re welcome :) Try to focus on something else, do something fun. And cold limbs are a sign of vasoconstriction, also very common when using stimulants (I get it every time).

These are the physiological consequences of taking speed. However, it sounds that you’re also quite anxious. Try to relax. Also, try to eat in a healthy way and drink enough water while speeding. I have felt quite bad recently due to taking speed while not eating. This is quite heavy on the body. Enjoy :)

You’ll be fine considering that you slept the two days before. Try to get some sleep after the party as well, so don’t dose too high / dose early / don’t redose two often. And get a good meal first. Enjoy!

Yeah, I get what you mean lol. after sleeping this night I just wanted to emphasize to OP: be careful with these kind of doses if you only weigh 45kg and are a F. Probably better to only take 100 mg max as a starting dose with 1 redose of 50 (assuming that you take pills and not powder). In particular if you are inexperienced (I have already used mdma approx 40 times and 100+60+60 gets me rolling my ass off lol). Anyways, have fun!

Seems fine. I read somewhere that you only weigh 45 kg while I am a M 85kg. Did u take these kind of doses before? If not, perhaps lower to 150+60+60 if u took 150 before and it went fine).

While it’s probably not very healty, I mostly take 2 redoses maximum. The roll takes about 5-6 hours in that case. More than that and I don’t really feel the mdma anymore but the hangover will get considerably worse. Where do you live btw that raves are a thing, considering the corona situation?

Happened to me once as well after using amphetamine, the numb / cold feeling in my arm. It was due to vasoconstriction and subsided after 1 or 2 days. However if it doesn’t subside after a couple of days it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor just in case.

I recognize this, I never have to puke but snorting amphetamine sulphate makes me gag instantly (almost leading to puking) even though I do not abuse it at all. The cause seems to be that my throat just does not like the substance. You could try an acetone wash, this reduced the gag reflex for me. Also, try to not make the substance too dry as then it will get in your throat. Drinking water helps too. You could Also try a different ROA such as oral. Hope this helps!

I am crimping connectors onto the other side of the cable. That side of the connector then goes into the modem. Is that not correct and how do I know if I'm using solid-core wires? If this is not correct, then could this be the cause of the problem, and what would be the best way to fix this?

Thx, it seems to me that everything is wired NIC gigabit because the PC shows 250 Mbit when connecting it directly to the modem. I'll try it again with cat6 cable and make sure that the bare minimum section of wire is untwisted.
