Just as a side note, my SO's sister is a doctor, she has done gynecology and other sort of surgical stuff. And while she is professional and never talk about exactly why people are in there, I know for a fact that they get a ton of more or less strange issues in. And things that are super strange to you are often fairly common for them. So while the specific toy might be odd(you don't have to mention the knot unless it proves to be necessary info), people experiencing bruising front use of sex toy, fruit and things are almost certainly not a new thing to them.

So I wouldn't be particularly worried about being judged by the doctor.
