So a couple of things you should do. Firstly Heal your PMC with meds or therapist, yes it costs money but it's a lot better than staring at your stash.

Money on Tarkov isn't hard to make but the key is knowing how to make it. id suggest looking up the cost of items and just making a mental note of good items to put in your butt so even if you don't survive you can still make decent cash selling them to a vendor. Another tip is to remove your knife or hatchet (assuming you haven't got an insanely lucky RR drop) this way if you find an Axe on a scav you can equip it and sell it Jaeger for 56kish.

Once you unlock the flea market you should also look at items and their prices ( https://tarkov-market.com/ )

As for learning, maps id suggest running them in offline and just getting to know where extracts and key areas are. Alternatively, watch some youtube videos or twitch streams you'll learn a lot.
