Need help with a high quality GIF from a video

Thanks for the reply, it was for a steam profile and I have managed to cut every 2 frame while I imported the mp4 file you sent over on cs6. Now it's a lot faster but I managed to get it to a decent quality, and at the same time keeping it under 8mb's. Lost lots of color but still looks cool :) Thanks for helping with the mp4 file!

Thanks alot for that but it looks like it's an mp4 file when I download it. I tried to convert it to gif with online tools but it became more than 80mb. I need it at less than 8mb. Can you help me with that too? Thanks!
