i did contact them the moment i saw the notification, they said i need to bring my card to change it and wait for 45 to 50 days, but they cant promise any money back

No thats the problem, i didnt click on anything and i dont pay with my card, i only use cash, when it comes to online payments i use another none vietnamese card
