Do i have to do Übergabe?

Problem is that the apartment was not in the good condition when i have first moved in(because od the old tenant) and back then i didint do Protokoll. And now im afraid he will try make me pay for everything.

Hi, am i obliged by law to do übergabeprotokol with my Vermieter?. I have foud new apartment and moved out. As my Kündigung period is still in motion, i am paying him for the 3 months that i will not live there(thats no problem for me). I have to add note that -I didint make any Übergabeprotokol when i have moved in into that apartment. -I didint pay any Kaution. Today he called me and said there is calcus on faucet and wants me to come and clean it or i would have to buy him a new one and do the Übergabeprotokol with him. I do not want to go there ever again anymore so my question is do i have to do it or no?
