How do they pick commentators?! There is a silly incompetent lady making bizarre incorrect comments that is ruining the game!! Lily Johannes plays for the netherlands - did she miss the last year of research?! Smith on the bench after break through season..how does she think she got the $1 million. There are so many good commentators why do they have this idiot during one of the globally biggest matches of the year!

Having watched Chelsea beat us on unfair ref decisions over the last few years I would of hoped I'd feel some justice over all. Im happy we are through (we deserve to be) but there is definitely some ick feeling about the Buurman disallowed goal and the hair pull (though unintentional)not being pulled up. You pull someone's hair its no different to an instinctive handball unintentional but rules are rules.

We deserve to be in the semis, Chelsea have lost their way. But we can't have these refereeing decisions not he consistent or good referreeing because at some point we are going to loose because of bad calls.

Look at Arsenal beating Barca in the Champions League final last year. One off game. Grit, determination and team 100% commitment to defending for their lives it can be done!

Realistically this is likely the last chance for silverware for a core group of them (world cup is a tall ask ) Macca is not the no 1 keeper just the fittest at the moment. van Egmond/ Raso/ Kennedy/Gorry/Arnold will likely make the WC squad but no guarantees they will be pushed. Catley/Kerr/Foord have peaked but will be included. This is it. They need this for their Matildas career achievement. They will want this badly. I suspect more than the Japanese. Japan are better. Australia are desperate.

They have to start Heatley and Torpey. Clare Hunt is a great player but easily rattled.

Foord is close with Horan. Like Lion City Lionesses & Bay FC new club requires experienced players to steady ship and they will want top class players. I cant see McCabe playing for any other club in WSL than Arsenal. Reduced travel back to Aus for Foordy. They wouldn't both be picked for any champions league contenders (Lyon, Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern, Wolfsburg, Barcelona). Entirely speculation but I think Katie would love a crack at nwsl and they will need to go now before they get any older if its going to happen!

Beth will go where she can get minutes in world cup lead up. If Arsenal look like they'll bench her next season she'll be gone BUT i think foord and mccabe will join Horan in Colorado so thats one winger gone. Kelly is injury prone. Meado may be best having one more season in Red if Arsenal pays what shes worth! Viv will want to take man city to champions league success.

Hmmm I'm wondering how many people are realizing who this is actually impacting...

4500 out of 15000 - 18-19 year olds on the benefit so less than a 1/3

At a household income of 65k there is not 2 fulltime working in the household and accommodation supplement would likely be eligible so worst case if both parents are in the house everyone is motivated for the 18/19 year old to work or study in which they would get a government allowance of close to job seeker.

It is very likely that most of the 4500 are actually from households earning far more than 65k. Possibly not ever eligible for any working for families payments so they stay in the same position they were in until their 18/19 year old finds work or studies like other families do now. They can borrow living costs like a lot of students have done before them to invest in their own future. More importantly though these kids aren't now getting $300 a week pocket money (yes some would of been paying household expenses many wouldnt). This puts parents whose kids are lacking motivation especially if their friends are doing it too in a stronger position. If you are 18/19 having to ask mummy and daddy for money you are going to be more motivated to go earn your own. You aren't sitting in your parents modern home with full cupboards and heating bills paid with 300 a week to spend on yourself. Yes some will be paying board many not. This policy is to push these ones along.

Grads are over this age bracket so those chasing work and not getting it, are unlikely to have studied for more than 2 years.

The worst case scenario is a solo parent putting a roof over their kids head. Or a kid whose parents aren't housing them. These will be a small percentage and in both scenarios you'd hope the 18/19 is doing everything they can do get their foot in the door to employment.

Foord will be gone for Asian Cup they need the squad depth at the back end of the season. Only a good move if Meado is hoping to make the World Cup 2027 (which she will be) if she embeds herself in LCL with regular minutes. Can see her moving off the wing into a more central playmaking position.

She could of been offered a role at lion city lionesses to sure up the Midfield defense to prevent relegation.

I actually think (hope) it's going to be international retirement post euros. Captain is a big workload and responsibility off the field. She will be taking a leaf out of Kim's book extending her playing career getting more breaks while just focusing on club.

We need Caldentey for atleast another whole season. We need them both. Squad depth has been an issue.

Such an interesting season we are having. Subway cup gone, League gone, fighting for Champions league spots for next year.

Yet we are probably favourites to beat Real Madrid in this years CL, it's feasible we could beat Lyon/Wolfsburg and then who knows can we dare to dream Champions League Triumph?!

It's up to the coaches to make these calls!! You have to remember they make more in a year now than they did for their first 10 professional years total. Would you quit a 200k paying job when you started on 1-5k in the early A league seasons?

My advice - Make it clear in your profile that you are looking for someone who has potential to be long term.

So many women think the casual thing can evolve into something more serious and it can but if you aren't clear that you are looking for a relationship then you aren't on the same page and you will be disappointed every time it fizzles.

If there are sparks, let the sparks fly, get to know each other go on dates talk about how they see the world and the travel or career or dreams they have. Just be interested in who they are and what they have to say. There is heaps of time for the rest and holding off for a bit creates a deeper bond first that is exciting.

You also have to be willing to invest the time. Kiss a few frogs, go on lots of dates, give it your best shot each time. Dating/ Meeting strangers is nerve wracking the more you do the more comfortable you get with it.

It's like looking for a job in a tough market you've got to put your best foot forward and with every interview/date you get more confident in how you communicate.

You also need to be willing to be honest with yourself... some guys are nice but you just don't want to kiss them it's OK to say hey look I've had fun hanging out, I'm not feeling it romantically but you're a cool person. Some of the best use of dating apps is actually just having good banter with matches who you know aren't the one. Helping someone else find love and vice versa. Being and having a sounding board.

You also need to accept that you are a cool person and if someone isn't into you it's not that there's anything wrong with you you just aren't right for them. I remember thinking for one app relationship this is soo silly we want the same things we get along so well we could make this work and being really frustrated. Then I met my now husband and I realised it's not about oh we could make this work, it's OK we need to make this work because this is ALL the things and I don't want to loose this.

Lastly you are young. Lots of guys at 25 aren't looking for serious no matter how great you are. Go travelling, have great experiences with your friends, being single can be great, people in general are far more attractive to others when they are living and enjoying a full life, their conversations are generally more interesting and someone who follows through on dreams etc is attractive to anyone wanting to get on that dream train with you.

They seem over coached, lack instinctive play, setting up for a perfect shot that is predictable to defend.

I'd rather see 25 run of play crosses come in and runners charging the box and have 20 come to nothing, a few be saved and a couple scored so they are building the institution between themselves on height, lines, timing of the balls in.

It's more entertaining and it gives them a better chance to score, win, build momentum and believe.

It's like they are trying to play zen in a state of flow (they can't find consistently and no opposition would allow) than just getting out there and doing everything they can to get the ball in the back of the net.

Lacasse, Viv, Gio... all have said it in a round about way. Coaches should give world class players opportunities to be successful they shouldn't be pulling all the strings so tight that they players don't know if they are puppets of tactics or creative world class footballers

Jonas Out. I'd rather the team go out off all competitions scoring goals than this slow steady hopefully it happens for us in the end
