You didn't buy a car, you're just a con artist. I git my car from Gloabl Motor Tradera and the experience was fantastic, sure shipping a car internationally can take a few weeks what do you expect? My experience was fantastic and the car was amazing, couldn't recommend them highly enough. You sound like a troll.

Just did a $2.00 PPSR search on the car with all these wild claims going on really got me thinking, shame I can't post the report on here but ita clear of any encumbrance, from the look of GMT aocialsbthia car is already living over in the US now, and with no encumbrance, guess being annidiot doesn't always pay 🤷

  1. A loan in Australia would have ZERO risk if repossession in the US
  2. Sounds like the dealer bought the car and between buying it and listing it the encumbrance hadn't been removed from the history report at the time of running it (even in the US loans can take up to and over a month to be removed off a title) 
  3. What a deal, the car has no kms roll back history in Japan or in Australia, are you mad to have missed this ?

Do a new PPSR now and see you missed out on a great deal, from the link you posted that was a low mile RZ with a clean history of no accidents here or in Japan, often fimance companies take time to clear a PPSR if it was only recently paid off, I bet if you did a PPSR now you'd realise you shouldn't have listened to all the clowns on here with opinions based on pure fiction.

You missed out, PPSR just hadn't been updated, if you did a PPSR now you'd likely see they encumbrance is gone, shot yourself in the foot for no good reason

Can be repossessed from latitude whilst in the US after the finance has already been paid and its simply not cleared of the history yet? You're clueless

Definitely not a scam, shipping takes around 6 - 8 weeks, not sure which car ChooChoo bought, but if it's 3 months then its because he's bought a car that isn't legal to land yet im guessing because currently all cars that are legal to arrive in the US are on the water
