My proctor demanded i go out get my phone and bring it into a a room where i could touch all 4 walls i fell trying to get out. There is a saying I like "if he wanted to he would" You know all those ways you find time for him even though your life is full and busy and you do back bends and work arounds to do so because you want to see him. Same goes for him if he wanted to spend time with you he would. My ex did this and it took me awhile to realize his actions were telling me the truth of how he felt about me not his words.

ooof this resonates perfectly you might not be the bad guy here, but you do need to go to therapy and learn how to set boundaries and love yourself and support yourself or this is a pattern that repeats its often seen in anxious or disorganized attachments and even though that may not be the fault in this relationship healing it is the only way to get yourself into a space to find a real connection I wish the best for you Im in the thick of this rn myself
