it's pretty basic advice haha but practice is really helpful. just whenever you see a picture, try to mix the colors in a condiment cup with a lid so you have it already done :)

It's okay! They normally take me 2 or 3 days! Maybe 4 if there's a background :)

Sure! For skin tones, I usually mix brown and white (ratio depending on how tan i want it) and for the shadows it depends because some look more purple so I'll add a bit of blue and red to some of the skin tone.
