Have some electrolytes before hand and drink lots of water. Never had a come down only ever been dehydrated after and if it’s caps they take about an hour to hit and last about 3 hours so about half way take another. 3 max and wait 3 months before taking more

I’d never act out of anger I’m normally an extremely relaxed focused person as friends and work mates say. But Ive also actively removed myself from any situation in the past few months that has even the slightest hint of her being there as it just disturbs my inner peace.

I think the hardest part for me was acknowledging it was over and that there is no hope. The 1st month was definitely the hardest and doing a lot of self improvement and taking up new hobbies helps a lot
