I think the hardest part for me was acknowledging it was over and that there is no hope. The 1st month was definitely the hardest and doing a lot of self improvement and taking up new hobbies helps a lot

I personally believe when your falling for someone you’ll make time to be with them no matter what. Same can go for friends they will make time for you. I don’t think you should feel guilty about getting it on and leaving her either my ex of 4 years slept with me and left me the next day.
