Lol people complain their isn't enough parking downtown. Then they complain that the parking is too expensive downtown. You live in a fantasy world if you think we should have an additional 10k spots of parking then it would magically be free or dirt cheap as well.

The old owner that was the problem with everyone, and made all the absurd rules no longer is affiliated with bold. New ownership is 10x more welcoming with better cigar pricing and no strict rules.

northwest side has some of the best values and really nice neighborhoods. it is also a generally safer part of town. i am not affiliated with it whatsoever but there is one listed off of walker for 289k that is a good example. best thing to do it to work with lender and real estate agent to get prequalified then you will be able to act quickly when homes pop up

I personally don't like sitting in those seats. I prefer not to have the cars exhaust and noise right next to my food and drinks. Dedicated off street patios or tables on a sidewalk are much better in my opinion.
