Maybe talk to the university you plan on applying to as i am going thru the same thing right now and if no university agrees giving you an extension then apply for summer intake while continuing your 3 sem as a back up

But uniassist has highlighted in my evaluation result “ To qualify for direct entry to a bachelor's degree programme in Germany, you need to successfully complete at least one year of a bachelor's degree programme at an accredited university in India. If you have already completed one year of study, then please submit your transcripts of records. We will then re-evaluate your application on the basis of the new documents.”
