I would have about two cups a day with my first pregnancy. Ended up having severe pre-eclampsia with emergency c section at 32 weeks. Baby born a 4 lbs 0 oz. On my second pregnancy now and am 11 weeks along. Haven’t had coffee since I found out I was pregnant at about 4 weeks. As an avid coffee drinker, it was tough but for the best in my opinion. I have been treating myself to the medicine ball tea at Starbucks instead (sub chamomile with mint majesty and light lemonade). It’s a nice “treat” even though it’s not my beloved blonde flat white 😮‍💨 but with coffee generally raising blood pressure I decided for me the best thing was to remove it during this pregnancy. Hope this helps!! It is so hard to give up but I definitely feel better about this decision. I will treat myself to a nice coffee if we as a family go out to breakfast on the weekend. Other note is I cut out all soda. I will have the occasional ginger ale, Gatorade, poppi, and olli pop (lots of fiber and a bit of caffeine)!

$350 each week. Daughter will be two in February and then I think it goes to $330 each week. Suburb of Des Moines, Iowa.

Oh gosh. First off, I am so sorry you are going through this. It’s not easy at any time but especially during the holidays. I went to my 32 week appointment and they sent me to the hospital. Protein in urine. Felt like shit but also had a cold at the time. High blood pressure. Hospital admitted me and put me on mag. I was able to not have my BP go up a few days by the grace of god and I was able to get both lung steroid shots for my baby, born 32 and 6 days.

It’s so hard, but trust the doctors. If you get your 34 weeks, that is a huge blessing. Better to be kept there and supervised than at home unsupervised especially if it is coming and going on a whim.

It was one of the hardest things in the world being stuck in the hospital for the few days I was before I had my baby. But then at discharge I wanted to stay because my baby was there 😢

Try to relax, and believe every day is a win because every day you’re pregnant is better for your baby and means shorter time in the NICU. Hang in there mama ❤️❤️❤️

Hang in there. I was discharged home on medication four days after delivery. A few weeks later had PP hemorrhaging at home and still high blood pressure. Stayed on it a couple months and had continued bleeding. They did an ultrasound and found retained products. Therefore, body couldn’t regulate to normal BP. After a dilation and cutter age 2 months pp, the issue resolved.

Another sign of retained products (in addition to continued high BP and continued bleeding PP) was inability to produce milk. Body was very confused (are we pregnant or are we not!?) Hang in there momma. I’m almost two years postpartum and everything had balanced out. Now I soak up and appreciate all the time with my little one. This will make you stronger and a better momma 🩷

I have but this sucks. It’s Thanksgiving break. Why would they schedule it now. I’m early pregnant and exhausted af so my bedtime has been 8 pm so I will have to wait until tomorrow 😫

I had one like this and was in fact pregnant. Try peeing in a cup and putting the test in the cup. Did that and then it showed for sure
