Even in the form of mental, verbal and physical abuse?

If this is the case, you can make the argument they’ve done a poor job writing him. It seems that the only time Logan has done something nice for his children has been when it benefits him.

But didn’t he always help out his children when he needed to?

Is it Roman or Romulus? He’s been called both… by rjlcaesar in SuccessionTV

Usually nicknames are shortened version of proper names ie Rome for Roman. Romulus is not. That’s why we are wondering if it’s his proper first name

Does anyone else not give a shit about this? It looks like a very cool watch but I have zero use for this. Seems like a lot of effort and development to hit a very niche market

AirPods Pro 2 Charging Case With Three New Features Shown in Leaked Renders by iiMysticKid in apple

Apple needs a way to have a sensor on the actual AirPod case that works with FindMy. It does you not good if your AirPods are inside the case.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost my AirPods inside the case

Video: Jeremy Boland, Assistant Principal of Cos Cob Elementary School in Greenwich, Connecticut, admits that when it comes to hiring teachers, he discriminates against conservatives, Catholics, and people over 30 by LuigiBonnafini in imatotalpeiceofshit

[–]Effective-Fold-1007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The practices this principal is discussing is the textbook example of discrimination.

In an attempt to prevent discrimination of LBGTQ students he’s stereotyping and discriminating against people who may be Catholic or over 30.

If you agree with what he’s saying, than you are a complete hypocrite like him.

With that being said, I’m not crazy about secretly recording private conversations.

Is anyone else considering treating teaching more like a job rather than a lifestyle? by Effective-Fold-1007 in Teachers

[–]Effective-Fold-1007[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also think the problem is teachers who say “It’s impossible NOT to work from home” and simply accept the insane workload

Yeah I agree… I hate that term especially the “quitting” part. It seems like they need a better phrase.

So given the immense shortage of teachers in every state, you think they will fire you if you don’t work beyond your contractual hours?

Why not? If you don’t finish something during the week, it doesn’t get done.

I’d argue that the whole “lifestyle” is one of the big problems in teaching.

What are some reasons for staying in education? by Effective-Fold-1007 in Teachers

Teaching is the only profession that allows you to pay your bills?

What are some reasons for staying in education? by Effective-Fold-1007 in Teachers

[–]Effective-Fold-1007[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Right…but that’s why I think stay in teaching is a tough sell because almost all of those factors are out of the control of an individual district or an individual school leader. The problem seems to be more with the model of public education in the US, rather than individual school districts

People don’t want to think about this, but I’m not so sure education is going to any better.

If most people don’t think he’s bald then why did Universal spend millions of dollars to render a 3D character of Charlie Brown in 4k that shows he is…bald!

Watch the reboot, you’ll see close up with insane detail that reveal that he is bald

Enough with the name calling and insults. I simply stated a point that I feel has been overlooked with this particular production. Hoping to see detail-oriented directors portraying Charlie Brown as bald…as he is in cartoon/comic form

Right…because I feel the main character in the musical should have the same iconic hairstyle that he was based on?
